Hi,
I'm a sky tv customer and have BT sport through sky & have done for many years, however; when I tried to watch bt sport on my sky go the other day it said I didn't have the relevant channel (which I do and watch regularly through tv).
I also tried through BT player, however; never had username or passwords as I purchased through sky.
Please can anyone advise?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe only thing I can think of is that the Sky Go app is connected to a Sky Q box and you don't have a multiscreen sub allowing you to stream from the box so if this applies then disable the connection.
Other than that if you want to watch the Champions League tonight you will need to give Sky a call as we can alert their messaging team for you but they will not contact you until tomorrow morning at the earliest.

I don't believe this to be the case, rest of my sky go works as should with sky sports, movies etc.

It hasn't been many years that you have been able to pay Sky for access to the BT Sport channels so can you confirm that it is Sky you pay and not BT themselves, if it is Sky then you will need to call them.
