BBC channels do not load on to the sky go app on my new iphone and ipad.

BBC channels do not load on to the sky go app on my iPhone or ipad, both of which are brand new with ios15.  All channels  load on my Android phone and tablet and the green found Sky Q box banner appears.  Which does not happen on the Apple products, which leads me to think the iPhone and Sky Q are not linking.  I am new to apple products, any ideas.

On both the Sky Go app and your Q box do you have the option to access Q box/Sky Go app turned on, via the Sky Go app it can be found via the settings.

@caesarome .  Thanks for your advice. The fact that I am currently watching a programme on pick on my iPhone suggests that all is well with the settings. However all BBC channels are not loading.  Any further suggestions welcome.

I experienced the exact same thing.. I'm on SkyStream package and BBC channels show up on my PUK but not in the SkyGo App on iOS

This happens for the reasons I posted earlier, you can only view the BBC channels when the app is connected to a Sky Q box as the BBC themselves will not let Sky add them to the app for anybody else to view as they want us to use their app instead.
