BBC TV Disappeared from SkyGo on iPhone and iPad

I had some issues recently with EE full fibre broadband when occasionally BBC TV channels would disappear from the TV Guide on Sky Go on my iPad and iPhone. Along with other issues, I decided to return to BT business Broadband and the equipment was updated today. Unfortunately the issue of the disappearing BBC TV Channels has now become permananet. I have tried all the logical things like restarting the hub, the Sky Q box etc and have ensured that everything is correctly connected to the correct network through the settings. This is very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BBC channels only appear in the Sky Go EPG when the Go device knows it is on the same network as the main Q box, so I'd suspect that the BT Business Hub is enforcing client device separation.

Timmy thank you for your reply. I have access to BT Business Enhanced Technical Support and have been informed by them that there is a known issue whereby the BT Business Hub 3 is uanable to connect to a Sky Q box. For access to recordings or the BBC Tv Channels on Sky Go, you must be connected to the Sky Q box. As this is not possible the only work around is to use BBC iPlayer on iPhone to access the BBC Tv channels. Accessing the recordings is only possible when watching from the Sky Q box directly. BT suggested asking Sky for a new Sky Q box in the hope that its software or firmware had been updated as we have had our box since around 2018. Sky informed me that the current box is exactly the same in every respect to the original one with now software or firmware update available. So until Sky or BT provide some kind of update there is nothing can be done.

Same as that.  When we had the set top boxes we could see everything on SKY listings on the iPad, but since switching to SKY Glass the BBC and quite a few other channels have dissappeared from the listing on my iPAD.  A bit frustrating but that's how it ios say SKY.
