I'm getting the 1310 error message arbitrarily on a number of shows I'm trying to watch on Sky Go:
Matlock (Sky Witness) - I watched episodes 1 to 14 without problems. The 1310 code came up as of episode 14 and applied to all the rest until the last one (no. 19)
New Tricks (BBC) - I watched from season 1 until season 10 episode 6 without problems. I couldn't watch episodes 7-10. However, season 11 was OK, season 12, episodes 2-6 and 8-10 were watchable, but episodes 1 and 7 were not.
Chelsea Detective (UK&Drama) - season 1, episodes 1,3,5 were OK. Episodes 2,4,6-8 were blocked by the error code.
Marlow Murder Club (UK&Drama) - I was able to watch season 1 without problems some time ago, but now both seasons 1 and 2 are blocked
Mrs Sidhu Investigates (UK&Drama) - Entire season 1 is blocked
Why are all these arbitrary messages on programs from channels which are supposedly included in the Sky package?
