Hi,
Getting this message when trying to access Sky Go on Apple TV. It works on iPhone no problem I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling the app, rebooting etc.
'Sorry You can't watch Sky Go on Apple TV yet. You'll need a Sky Q multi screen or Sky Glass Whole Home subscription to access Sky Go on your Apple TV'
It has been working fine since the app lauch but since upgrading my package it no longer works. I have multiscreen already. Phone support did not help resolve this issue.
I found a similar thread where someone had the same message and it was resolved.
Please can this be escalated and get some help with it?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Thank you, we solved the issue, was not technical but connected with the administration ofmy account. Getting the right address and contact details in a new account, then reinstalling the app worked - thank you for your efforts - merry christmas to all
