App isn’t working saying I need to upgrade?! I have a package that allows for me to watch sky go!

There is clearly an issue with the app right now. Please sort this out

It's all sorted you won't believe it but I was putting the wrong password in?! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️... I've sorted it now thank you so much for your willingness to help ☺️

A few questions:

 

Are you new to Sky or has the app just starting showing this upgrade message ?

Can you not watch anything inclusing live TV ?
