Access denied to sky go app

Hey there, 

trying to access skygo at my holiday home and it keeps telling me access denied and I don't have permission to access.

i have deleted and reinstalled the app, I have no VPN and I have reset my internet to get a new IP address. 
any ideas on how I can fix this?

Im trying to access the sky go app via my PC (in the UK no VPN etc) as a Virgin Media customer and everytime I click on the link I get - been like this for weeks - deleted the app and the cache but still same issue - any idea how it can be fixed

As a Virgin Media customer you do not get access to the Sky Go app as that is for Sky TV customers only. You would need to use either the Virgin TV Go app. If Sport is your thing you can use the Sky Sports app on a mobile device as there is a Virgin sign in option on it.
