Can you please answer these questions:
What operating system is in use?
Does the problem occur on WiFi? Who is the ISP and what router is being used?
Does the issue occur on 3/4G? Who is the provider?
What device are you using (model number)?
What operating system version is the device using?
If you have Sky Sports/Cinema, can you install these Apps and let us know what error appears when trying to watch Live TV?
When did the problem start?
Are you in the UK or Ireland?

Minix X8-H running Android 4.4.2
Current version of Skygo app
Issue the same on ethernet or WiFi.
Has worked without problems for about 2yrs. No recent OS updates, ISP or router changes.
I don't have access to other Sky services to test those. The app loads fine and I can select a programme but the preparing stage times out leading to the error.

Sky are continuing to investigate this in the meantime there are a couple of workarounds that you can try to get this working, either reset the network settings or tether to another connection, play some content and then you can switch back to the original connection. Can you let us know if this helps.
