Are you in the UK and if not are in in Europe and have used Sky Go in the UK within the last 37 days ?

Is Sky Go on your device connected to your home Wifi, if so then try turning off your broadband router for 5 minutes and also reboot your device that has Sky Go on and then after turning the router back on leave it for a few minutes before trying again with it.
