Hi, I’ve got the Sky go app and have my iPad connected to the account. However I cannot get it to let me watch or record anything on my box. I’m not technically minded but would welcome some easy to understand help to resolve this issue please.

What is happening when you try to either watch something via the app or set a recording to your Sky box, do you get an error message and if so what does it say ?

I would try uninstalling the app then rebooting your iPad before installing it again.
