such a stupid "feature". I use Sky Go when working and also use Snipping tool constantly.

 

If i really wanted to record/screenshot some Sky content i could use my phone...

I've shut down EVERYTHING. And gone into Activity Monitor to see if I can spot anything lurking in the background and can't see anything (but hey, I'm not a coder so how do I know what some of the those background processes are doing?)

Sky this is a really really **bleep** product. What's the point in paying?

I turned off Snipping tool and now working fine.

Thank you! Very helpful. I had the Windows 'Snipping Tool' open, and the SkyGo App worked as soon as i closed it. Thanks.

Features to prevent privacy should absolutely not impinge heavily on the user experience of a standard legiitimate customer. Terrible choice by sky to deploy something that requires user intevention to the standard most popular OS to use their service.
