Setting up paramount plus on sky go app

Hi does anyone have a fix for this?, I can't get paramount plus online even though I have sky cinema. I have a sky + HD box don't know if that makes a difference. Thanks

@voncon  You can't use the app via sky go or sky + hd, content is pushed to your box into the on demand/catch up service

As stated by @SKY1992bf Paramount content is not available via Sky Go and probably will not be.

Not sure what you are saying here as my post still above stands, Paramount+ content is not available on Sky Go in SD or HD, it is available via Sky+ or a Sky Q box.

I have the Paramount+ app on my Sky Q box and can access the content. I know you can't access the content via Sky Go but can you access it via the actual Paramount+ app on your tablet? I can't see a way to log in without signing up separately.

I'm not sure you can @JaneyLo as you get access to it via your Sky box only.

In fairness to the OP, this appears messed up

I am a sky q, sky cinema user

For us the sky + app was replaced with sky Q app

sky Q app was then shut down and they told us all to use sky go

on sky go, paramount + is not listed as a channel: however it is under sky + (just downloaded it and found it)

so now I have to have both apps in watch paramount on a device - at least I now have a work around - just doesn't make much sense

I have signed in on the sky+ app with the sky ID and found the paramount+ channel however I can't watch it on my device, it only allows me to download to the skyQ box.

Kind of pointless really as if you wanted to watch on the sky box you can do so there isn't any need to download from the app 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I've tried to log in to paramount+ app with the Sky ID but it says not recognised.

if anyone has a way to watch paramount+ on a device instead of the box please let me know 🤞🏼

Download the show to the box. Download to phone from box via recordings on your sky go app.
