It's frustrating that they have disabled the IE11 option this time. Last time you you rollback.
It's frustrating that their CS staff are low/non-skilled and you get more help from other users.
It's frustrating that experimenting with this app to try to self-help is hindered by the restriction on device changes.
It's frustrating that the Liverpool Chelsea game on Sunday is on Sky and not BT Sport.
Only alternative is Mobdro or Kodi.

I have a Widows 10 computer that I usually use for streaming, but I decided to tey the app on a Windows 7 one as the new update for Win 10 is out and I might actually be able to install this one (my other tech frustration, shared by a great many other people and no help from Microsoft) and it would mean another device change and I really can't face trying to get sense out of the customer service people.
I have one device from a friend's now TV sub, I had hoped my brother could watch the F1, and have exactly the same problem with that on another Windows machine, I suspect that it's the same app with a bit of tweaking and a different interface.
But I'm not paying for that and my friend has no problems with the app on his Win 10 machine, the fact that people like you are paying for a sports package you can't user is a disgrace.

When will the PFE12000 error be fixed? Also why are you forcing customers to use an app that has not been working for weeks?! Is the website version of Sky Go going to be reactivated in order for customers to avail of a service that we are paying for as part of our subscription?!

I'm using Windows 7 and was getting the PFE 12000 error with the new app while connecting initially with BT ISP. I switched over to my hotspot via iPhone, the app loaded and started playing then swithched network back over to my BT connection. Working fine now, well playing anyway, not tried stopping then reconnecting again.

Bludy joke this.
I had to pay to update from XP to windows 7 due to Sky go not being supported on Chrome.
But that was fair enough as XP is obsolete now,but now this its ridiculous!
These companys are a joke, virgin media update stopped surround sound working,Now tv has same problem as this and had to connect wirelessly to get that to work.
My sky go pc hasnt got wifi so cant do the workaround so not amused!
PUT THE DESKTOP PROGRAM BACK ON FFS !!!!!!!!

I have a iMac rtunning the very lates OS High Sierra.
I have downloaded SKY GO and installed it.
When I try to watch anything I get Error code PFE 12000
TYhe error says to contact the Customer Services Team - where??
Am using a Dell laptop running Windows 10 had the same problem with error code pfe12000 . I had downloaded it using WiFi. Spent hours deleting the newly installed files but to no effect. Also spent hours on phone to sky with no luck. Followed instructions on page 5 of this forum but using a cable into the router and it now works. Not sure if others with same problem had downloaded via WiFi but my be worth trying direct through router if you had.

Don't know if this will help but I started getting this error after the latest Windows 10 update.
Every time I tried to watch live TV the error popped up.
Went to view catchup, adverts played okay and I expected the error to pop up when the show started. It didn't pop up so I went to try live TV again. No more errors now
