I was getting error messages before updating the iPad. Hoping sky fixes it...fast!

Had exactly the same problem very annoying and no success putting right and advised to ring a Sky no. who closed their service after 9pm
Worked today but why trouble last night.

This hasn't been fixed, I just downloaded some shows to watch on a long flight and got the same message - I was furious (and very bored!!)
Some were on an older ipad and some on my new iphone, same error on both

Downloaded a lot of content to watch on a 10 hour flight and got the 3-2 error message. Very disappointed and very bored. This is one of they key benefits of Sky Q and was unable to use it.
Ipad was new (IOS 12.3.1) and clearly doesn't work properly with Sky Q app.
Having arrrved at at the destination and being able to connect to the Internet it does now allow me to view the downloaded content.
Sky need to update the SkyQ app to fix this and ensure it remains up to date for any future IOS updates

We are having a problem with sky go and unable to view on either I pad or phone. Is this a general fault or unique to us?
