@Padraig8  You've posted this on the Sky Glass TV Board, not sure what Openrteach has to do with Sky Glass, perhaps you could explain a bit more?

@GD1 Openreach and Sky work in unison if new lines are required especially with homes now switching over to fibre. They did an excellent job between them for my home but my mother's was an utter shambles but in fairness to Openreach they came out and rectified the work Sky did internally, so many phone calls 🙄

 

Openreach do the external works and Sky internal.
