Hi @iyiyiiu I used to have the same issue when I first purchased a Glass TV and happened first thing every morning. It was resolved by using the suggestion made by @Chrisee in post 2 above.
Go to Settings > System Management > Startup & Standby and make sure that Networked standby mode is turned ON. As I mentioned turning this on resolved my problem immediately.

Re: WiFi connection on new sky glass
@Lyn191 go into the settings find the Start up,and Standby section and enable "Stay networked in Standby" and if it is therecturn off netwok power saving. Both marginally increase mains usage but greatly imporove start up reliability.

Re: WiFi connection on new sky glass
Getting the exact same thing. All my pucks further away from router work fine. 1 week old sky glass next to the tv is disconnecting all the time. Tried all workarounds.

Re: WiFi connection on new sky glass
Eventually got this working, but the afternoon and evening are generally ok, it's the morning it never connects to wifi and I'm expecting the exact same tomorrow. Sky have raised an IT query for me after I turned off the router and tv a gazillion times.

Re: WiFi connection on new sky glass
I had the same issue and got tired of the work arounds. Every morning it was the same. Returned the TV and cancelled Sky Glass, went to Freely in the end.

Re: WiFi connection on new sky glass
Currently contemplating this. All our pucks work fine. We only got a Glass as the house we just bought has the TV (and power/aerial outlets) high up on a wall above a staircase and securing a puck would have been difficult.
The Glass is the closest to the router too, it's an absolute joke.

Re: WiFi connection on new sky glass
Is it Gen 1 or Gen 2? I had the Gen 1 and it was causing this same issue.

Re: WiFi connection on new sky glass
It's the new sky air so Gen 2 I think?
Waiting for sky tech team to call me. Also someone on here said changing router settings by logging on through a browser so will try that too. I believe I only have 30 days to return it? So clock is ticking 😞

Re: WiFi connection on new sky glass
Hi ours is sorted now and it was the wifi connection wasn't strong enough. All other devices from that room were fine, the glass is nearer to the router than the pucks. When you check the sky glass it shows "good connection".
However when you use Netflix to 'check connection" the speed was only 60mps rather than 300mps which the pucks had. I got a Pod extender from Sky and put it half way between the router and sky glass and now the netflix app shows near 300mps and it hasn't crashed since. I would check the netflix option to check the speed of the sky glass and compare it to what netflix says for your pucks
