Why haven't i been made away that ye cancelled my order

my order has been cancelled it was due to be delivered tomorrow wednesday 27th of august 2025 i didn't cancel it

You must have failed the credit check.

I got confirmation today saying it will be delivered tomorrow Wednesday 27th

Hi @JosephineBurke 

 

Your not talking to Sky. This is a customer helps customer community. You will need to speak to Sky who may be able to provide more information. However sky do an initial affordability check and then an enhanced credit check. You can 'pass' one and then 'fail' the other. Or it could be as simple as they didn't have your option in stock.

 

But no one here can advise.
