Why do you offer restart when after so long it won't allow you watch the program
I will click on a program to start from the beginning but while watching it won't allow me to forward the breaks or pause it will stop and go onto the next program

Your not addressing Sky - we are fellow subscribers here on the community. This is a bug which a number of people have reported. Believe Sky are aware. The issue occurs once the live broadcast has ended, work arounds are to watch via catch up app or to ensure the program is added to playlist and then start from there.
