You will need to provide some more information. Is this a Gen 1 or 2 Glass? What is connected to the HDMI port? Have you tried all 3 HDMI ports? Have you checked the cable is secure? Or perhaps tried a new cable?
If the device your connecting is an older device have you tried comparability mode in the settings? (See the blu-ray, dvd or other devices drop down in this help article for instructions: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-glass/fixing-a-problem-sky-glass/fixing-sky-glass-tv/articles...
