@Angie1964 Try rebooting your Glass TV by unplugging it at the socket for a minute or so and then plug it back in. It will take about a minute to reboot.
You say all setting are off but just double check by going into your Settings > Start up & Standby menu. Turn off all the enhanced features which are just gimmicks and amongst other things they turn the TV on when it senses motion etc. The only setting I would leave ON in that menu is the Networked Standby Mode which stops your Glass TV losing the network connection when it goes into standby.
