Tuning in sky glass air
Hi lm Alan. I have just got a sky glass air tuned in tv I'm not very good with technology and am finding it difficult to get it working

@Ala3 Have you setup Glass following the onscreen steps?
You need to connect it to your broadband either over wifi or ethernet and follow the steps here https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-glass/setting-up-sky-glass/articles/setting-up-sky-glass
Unless you intend using the Aerial App for terrestrial TV there is nothing to Tune In
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
