Took my sky glass to Spain, need help

I've moved to Spain and need to change the region on my Sky Glass. Can anyone help please?

In short no, your Glass TV cannot work in another country as it is locked to Sky's UK service, essentually you won;t be able to use it in another country.  It would have been better to sell ir beofre you moved.

 

Did you cancel your TV subscription before you moved?

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky Group is not a licensed broadcaster in that country: they would be breaking national law by providing service on Stream or Glass there.

 

(And yes, I know about all the big dishes, but satellite signal is rather bad at recognising terrestrial borders ; )

If you are trying to use the built-in digital terrestrial television tuner it isn't intended to be active in that country either: the list is of territories where Glass is officially distributed.  You'd need a locally-sourced external receiver or recorder connected over HDMI cable.
