Black screen but volume

I am watching season 8 episode 7 of the rookie but at 17 minutes it has turned to a black screen. I can hear the episode still playing but can't see anything.  Has this happenes to anyone else? Anyone know why it's happeming?

Now it's not playing the full episode. It's done this before where half way through it goes black and you can hear the voices but no video

Yes we have the same problem 🤔 We can hear it just picture disappeared after the advert. 
does anyone know what's going on. We're using sky stream.

I'm getting the same black screen with only sound at the same point. Very annoying

I also get the same issue and awaiting for Sky to fix... hopefully soon but don't hold your breath. It's been happening for a very long time

Rookie S8 W7

Episode plays but half way through after an advertising break the episode continues with sound only. Other episodes and other programmes are playing normally.

Same problem, very annoying. Surely Sky are seeing these posts, if so why aren't they fixing the problem. Let's face it, with the prices they charge I shouldn't have to call them to fix what is surely by now a known problem.

Mine still isn't working. Did you do anything special to get it to work?
I've tried switching off/on and running Ep7 from the start but still have same problem.
