Discussion topic: The Alto Knights not in UHD on Sky Stream

New to Sky Stream for just over a week. Previous Sky Q user for many years.
The Alto Knights movie is only available in HD. Checking the same movie on my Sky Q box shows it as UHD.
I have UHD and Atmos for Stream with most movies if available playing at the highest quality.
Anyone else noticed this?

Hi @robtodd

Given we are fellow customers here on the community the best course of action would be to email Sky's viewer relations team: viewerr@sky.uk is their email address.

They will investigate and resolve. It's likely an issue with meta data.
