Texhnical fault

I keep getting technical issue when trying to watch live tv on my sky subscription on sky glass tv. I have tried rebooting the tv and my internet but still the same every time. All apps including netflix are working fine i just cannot watch any channel on sky

Have you pulled the plug totally for a few minutes ? Which package do you subscribe to to
