Hi @saravanan and welcome to the forum. Go to the settings > Startup & Standby menu and turn OFF all the options except for Networked Standby Mode which is best left ON.
I found this got rid of all the issues similar to yours.
It's certainly worth a try and you can always turn them on again if it doesn't help. Good luck 🤞
