Sunday Night NFL game not in playlist

The third NFL game, played Monday am, does not appear on my playlist. I think it is the Sunday Night Live game. The game was Cowboys vs 49ers.

They only become available when the broadcaster makes them available and sometimes there is a delay in this. You can report issues like this to sky's customer relations team on email (viewerR@sky.uk) as we are fellow customers here on the community.

It has never been an issue in the past year. A few other games have also been missing.

Logged a call as per the email. They gave the same response.

I am having the same issues with Thursday night football. Usually I come home on Friday and watch the full game. The last two weeks there has been nothing on my playlist.

To see last nights (31st Oct) game on the Playlist I had to scroll down to the bottom of the Playlist screen and select Manage All. Selecting Live NFL displayed a longer list of games and the Texans vs Jets was accessible.

None of the suggested fixes have worked. On further inspection the issue extends beyond just NFL.

I can't rewatch ANY Sky Sports programming.

No F1 races, no premier league. Naught.

None of Sundays games ( 3rd November) are on my playlist. Will contact Sky again.

All games this week (10th November) have appeared on the Playlist and have been watchable. Sky still maintain it was licencing issues.

I'm having problems with the late game (Sun night football). It has disappeared from playlist immediately, before I can watch it. I got up at 7am and it was already gone from the night before!

Texans and Chiefs is on my Playlist, but  I needed to scroll along to see it. Also try the Manage option at the bottom of the playlist, it sometimes show more options.
