Re: Subtitles turning themselves on

While you are waiting on a long term solution...I pressed the 3dot button; Settings ; System Management ; Resets & Updates; Reset Device. A couple of minutes later it returned to the Home Screen and the Subtitles had gone....come on Sky get it sorted!

Re: Subtitles turning themselves on

It still seems to persist, watching TNT 2 on Sunday, the screen went blocky  and stuttered, the the black panel and large words started coming up again. Happened twice that evening on the same channel

still not sorted I assume?

I have this problem. Glass TV flashes off, comes back on with subtitles. Spoke to Sky numerous times, reset TV numerous times. Skrs answer buy another TV at a cost of £650.

...and who supplies your broad band....??

admit nothing!!

redirect blame

the problem here is that we all think Sky are referencing this community and using to improve their services. Clearly they are not...perhaps this community is ok for sharing challenges and being reassured that "I am not the only one with a challenge"

Re: Subtitles turning themselves on

Our puck is doing this and it's really annoying. We also randomly lose sound on 1 channel if change to another it's fine

Re: Subtitles turning themselves on

I've been having the same issue for a few weeks now whilst watching sport on UHD. It always seems to come on after the adverts, really annoying!
