Re: Sky glass
Well when I am watching sports or movies it's constantly freezing and when watching movies with a black background it is blurry. That is why it's poor.

Re: Sky glass
@ReeceAllen23 How is the TV connected to your router?
Who provides your broadband?

Re: Sky glass
@ReeceAllen23 If the speed to the TV is too low you'll encounter these issues.
Open the Netflix app, go to Get help and run the speed test. What speeds are returned?

Re: Sky glass
Trying disabling the Wifi in the Network settings and connecting via an ethernet cable as your issue would be the strength and stability of your Wifi network.

Re: Sky glass
I pay good money for broadband I shouldn't have to have it connected by a cable. @MarkGoldsmith

Re: Sky glass
There are plenty of things that can and will cause Wifi interference which is outside the control of any ISP.. This can be other electronic devices, the positioning of a router in a property, any neighbouring Wifi networks and indeed even the makeup of one's own property e.g the thickness of walls etc.
Plenty of ISPs offer additional tiers where you extra fees you can get wifi extenders to help strengthen a Wifi signal in home. Connecting via cable is usually the best approach as it provides a strong and stable connection, which is rarely guranteed with a Wifi network.
