Sky glass will no longer load Amazon music?
It started last night (29/12) and has not changed. It was working fine Xmas day. I have done an app refresh, restarted my router while glass was on standby, checked for any updates and still nothing. It just won't load yet Amazon music is working on all other devices so it seems to be a sky glass issue? Any ideas?

Try powering off your glass at the mains. Restarting your router. Wait for it to come back online and WiFi to be available. Then power your glass back on.
Rebooting your router while glass is in standby doesn't do anything to reset your glass.
Additionally a app refresh isn't instant and can take up to 24 hours to complete.

Hi!
Thankyou for that, I will try rebooting as you mentioned. At the time of posting it had been 24 hours since I did the app refresh so I was hoping that would of finished.
Will come back and let you know how I got on.

It did not make a difference . Still won't load past the main screen.
