Sky glass tv

I have sky protect for my sky glass tv, my toddler  threw a toy before I was able to stop it and it's dented my screen meaning the picture no longer works. Am I covered for a tv replacement 😩

Yes. That's what the policy is there for.

As far as I have seen, the only excess is for mobile phone repairs/replacements that is up to £75.

So fo a Sky Glass TV, there should not be any other payment.

Re: Sky glass tv

I don't think there is. I think an excess is only payable on mobile phones.

Whether there's a delivery charge or not is something Sky Protect can advise you on when you claim. It's worth asking if the delivery company will set up the TV for you.
