Sky glass tv wont connect to Internet
it says there is a problem connecting to your broadband router if you want to connect to a different router select reset which I done all of that

Try the troubleshooting steps outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-internet-connection-osm
If this doesn't work you will need to speak to Sky (we are fellow subscribers here on the forum) also might be worth letting us know who your ISP is and what router you are using increase there is a known issue.
