Sky glass tv freezing and dropping signal

Hi we are having issues with our sky glass, it keeps dropping the signal and says technical error done the test it knows there is an issue. But doesn't solve it. I have rebooted both the TV and the router. Also done a refresh on the router. We recently changed to sky full fibre, this is the first bad weather we have had since the change.

Called sky, they have done a hard reset? Working fine now.

Is the tv  connected by wifi, I  have my sky glass tv  connected  to the Internet  by ethernet cable and have never had no problems, I  am also on sky gigafast broadband 900mps full fibre to the property, been on it since January  2023, and had my sky glass 55inch gen 1 since November 2021

Its connected via WiFi, we have had it for over a year without issue. Changed to full fibre 2 months ago, today first sign of bad weather and its stopped working.

Do you have one of these  boxes?

 in the house, this is the optical network terminal that connects to you router,  and do you have  a  box like this one outside  of the house

 this is full fibre  to the property fibre optic cable, and never had any problems in bad weather

Ok you   you are on full fibre to the property don't know  why you  are having problems, as I  have never had any problems with my  broadband since  it was installed, I  would  contact  sky about this if I  was you
