This has been reported by several people since Sky Glass launched a few years back. Strange that it's still happening after all this time...
If I were you I'd give Sky a ring for further troubleshooing and ask for a replacement TV if whatever they suggest doesn't fix it. You're spending an awful lot of money on this thing and you shouldn't have to reboot it every day just to get half decent sound.
