Sky glass reset and pic loss

Hi all

For those that are struggling when glass doesn't connect or the pic goes off after a couple of minutes, I've found a way around it rather than keep resetting.

I open in prime or paramount (mainly prime) first and then when a programme started go back to sky home and all other apps work and load ok and no pic loss.

The people in the thread about this problem know this but it doesn't work for everyone sadly.
