Sky glass replacement tv not working

Sky glass replacement tv isn't  working I rang yesterday someone was meant to call me back at 5:00 today and said it would be working be then but it's still not working I can not link my account it is saying SUPPLY CHAINTEST

Hi @Slegan 

 

It sounds like the test user hasn't been cleared during the refurbishment process. This will need a back end team to resolve. We are fellow subscribers on the forum, so you will need to call Sky customer services. However from experience and other posts on the forum, the back office team normally take around 3 days to respond and resolve.
