Sky glass not connecting

All other devices are connected and running fine. But sky glass keeps saying no WiFi connection.

@Claire843 Seen on the Forum switch the Glass TV off for a full 5 minutes back on after that and see if it connects!

Hi @Claire843 and welcome to the forum.  When this happens to me I do the following ad it has always worked (so far).

 

Put your Glass into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet

Also there is an option in settings to stop your Glass TV losing the network connection when in standby.  Go into the Settings > Start up & standby menu and make sure that the option for "Networked standby mode" to ON.  I would also turn OFF the overnight power saving.
