Hi can anybody help. I've had Sky Glass for a while and have recently changed to EE for my broadband. I've been having issues with both the sky Glass and the pucks. Every couple of days I'm losing WiFi connection to all sky devices ( no others though). I've tried rebooting the tvs, using Ethernet, resetting the tvs, changing settings, rebooting the router, changing the channels on the hub, only using 2.4, only using 5ghz, putting the devices into all modes. I've called Sky and EE more times than I should but both just blame each other. If anybody has a clue it would be appreciated!

Hi @Si192
I had the same issue following a software update to the EE router in June. After making complaints with Sky and EE, sky provided evidence that my devices were failing to resolve over DNS.for short periods of time.
Following a further complaint to EE, I was upgraded from their smart hub plus to smart hub pro (which should have happened sooner as I'm on the 1.6Gbit package) and have had zero issues since.
