Sky glass is jumping ahead

On certain programs we are missing parts. Because it's jumping ahead. Happens over again in the same spots

Do have an example that's repeatable?

House of the dragon, has been getting stuck but mostly jumping forward, missing up to four minutes at a time. But just now i unplugged everything and it seems to be okay, its about halfway through and is not skipping. Thank you.
