Sky glass gen2
I received my new sky glass gen2 55" tv yesterday and I'm trying to figure out if they should be a gap between bottom of tv and stand. When they set it up the delivery men I thought everything was ok until I looked properly and saw that you could see through a gap at bottom of tv its not sitting flush with stand and it has a bit of a wobble when you touch it.you can see the gap in this picture I took

Re: Sky glass gen2
Hi @Steve+Edd
No you shouldn't be able to see the prong. It's not seated properly. I assembled my this morning and it sits flush with the base plate.

Re: Sky glass gen2
I received mine today and assembled it myself - there is no gap but it is slightly more wobbly than gen 1
it took two of us to lift the unit and place it on the stand poles. I'm not entirely sure how it clicks into place onto the poles. I don't think you can pull it back off. Maybe if you can check behind to ensure it is resting on the poles and gently try to push it further down? Otherwise yes I would contact sky and seek guidance

Re: Sky glass gen2
@Steve+Edd If at all possible as it does really need 2 people to lift it, get it checked as this is a very heavy TV and if it falls on a small human or pet it can cause injury to them.

No HDMI cable is supplied with a Glass TV. Only Stream pucks come with one.

No HDMI cables would only normally come with external devices such as Blu ray players.
Also no ethernet cable, wifi should be ok if you wifi strength and speed is sufficient.
