Sky glass gen 1 won't turn on

My TV just switched off, I've tried all restore options, mic led at side flashes, but nothing else is happening

You may need to try the recovery process a few times. Here is the steps: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass

 

If you are trying that and it's not working, it could indicate a hardware fault. As you say it's a Gen 1 it's out of warranty. Sky do have repair partners can can help with anything other than a screen replacement, see: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs

Gen 2 was released on February 12th 2025, so not all Gen 1 sets are outside their 2 year warranty period.
