Sky Lip Sync getting worse
Sky lip sun is getting worse. Tried switching to PCM (which shouldn't have to do when paying for a premium product) but no better. Come on Sky what's going on???

This is a customer helps customer community so sky won't reply. I'm not experiencing such issues. Might be worth providing some more information such as who is your ISP, does your broadband meet the requirements for glass? Is picture displaying as expected. Is it live TV, apps or on demand etc? UHD, HD or both? Standard built in soundbar or external etc.
Providing as much information as possible will help the community come up with suggestions.
Alternatively you can contact Sky for troubleshooting.
