Sky Glass stuck on software update and need to change WiFi

You will need to get an indoor tv  aerial  or if you a tv aerial  on the roof  a cable  to go from there to the tv

I have the same problem now. Did you manage to fix it?

Yes I managed to sort it out in the end. I had to take my TV to someone else's house and connect to their WiFi that didn't require a MAC address but just a normal WiFi password. I then completed the software update and the problem was sorted 👍🏼
