Re: Sky Glass showing technical fault
Hi @Sh291
We are fellow customers on the community not sky. We know nothing about you or your set up. Please provide more information. Is this live TV? Are any apps working? Is this a new install? Who is your ISP? Is there an error message? What broadband speed do you get? What speed is glass getting (,check in netflix settings). Have you tried a reboot of your TV and router in the first instance?
