Sky Glass reporting 'Technical Fault' on all channels and Apps

Hello,

 

Our Sky Glass was glitching out, randomly playing bursts of audio while in standby mode, so we switched it off overnight. It's now back on and reconnected over ethernet but displaying 'Technical Fault' and/or DRM error on all apps and channels. Have power cycled a few times and rebooted router. Ridiculous to be paying so much money for something so temperamental. What's worse is the telephone support line is unreachable!

Did you pull the plug from the wall for at least 10 minutes?
