Sky Glass juddering loud noise

Hi recently had sky glass, have noticed this wend. Loss of picture & very load noise, when changing channels.

switched off at plug & switched back on everything ok, as anyone had these problems.

Had that last night on my Glass Gen 2 , remote was non responsive so had to do a power down on the mains. No repeat of it ...... yet

I have had it happen 3 times, still in my 31 days so I cancelled 😡
