Re: Sky Glass is a waste of space
Here I sit again watching the message 'Please wait for your programme to load'! Since upgrading both my broadband service and TV I've had nothing but problems. Already on my second hub, which still randomly switches itself off then on again. The TV just freeezes, the sound does not sync to the lip movements on screen, etc, if the solution is to keep switching it off and on again there has to be a problem and I did not set out to pay a subscription for that! We'll organise a partial refund - not seen any of that. I'll call you back - not seen any of that.

Re: Sky Glass is a waste of space
As far as we know Sky doesn't loan wireless boosters to resolve Glass/Stream problems: that was a thing with Q television. They would do so for WiFi if the broadband is with Sky and the subscription has the appropriate add-on.
