Flashing white lights on sky puk will not start up just keeps flashing on both my sky stream puts

My sky stream puks both keep flashing not coming on at all all I get is the sky banner come on then it goes off again in bishops stortford Hertfordshire any idea  what issue are

Our Sky Glass is working okay at present. We had been away until yesterday evening so it's possible we missed this software update before Sky pulled it? I'm assuming if an update they've since pulled it?

Sky glass won’t turn on and has no red light too

Can anyone help me? My sky glass has stopped working and the red light also won't come on. I have resetted the tv which made the tv come on for update but it just never came back on afterwards and neither did the red light. I have tried unplugging etc aswell any advice would be great!

I have the same issue blank screen flashing red light....

However the sky pucks in all our bedrooms are working fine, all channels watchable.

Interestingly as far as I can tell Nowtv appears to be working.

NOW is a completely different platform so I'd be very surprised if it broke the same time that the Sky streaming platform did.

Thank God it's not just my tv ... over two hours resetting following the silly steps and when i got through to sky the lady hung up on me

Same issue, Sky Glass tv has no red light & will not power on, tried recovery option & still not red standby light. It says that Sky is aware and are working to resolve issue. Outage in our area.

My Sky Glass 65” refused to switch back on with flashing red light.

My 65" glass tv refuses to start has flashing red light for the last 2 hours.
