Sky glass Red Light Flashing

Looks like we're all having the same issue.  Have tried unplugging tv, tried a different plug. But still not working.  Tried calling sky but gave up after 45 mins.  Hopefully sky can sort it out soon

Hi all,

I am having an issue with my Sky Glass TV. There is no red light, the remote is working as is my puck. It was working fine this morning, but did notice it kept freezing frame this afternoon while watching. The. It went blank. I see that I am not alone with this so we will just have to wait and see what happens.

My sky glass won't turn on the red light on the to keeps flashing done all the steps it say and it still won't switch on anybody have in the sane issue I'm in the Dorset area

I have BATH TAPS that seize up and then loosen before seizing again. I don't know anything that doesn't have in-built issues at present. It drives me purple!

Same in South Glos, sky glass wouldn't switch on so we done a reboot to force the update which it did & then switched itself off & wont come back on!

Great, thanks Sky, another update not tested properly before you force it out to your paying customers!

I have done all these things, a blue screen appeared and updated for about 2 minutes but unfortunately it's gone back to being stuck on standby. Waited the full 20 minutes before turning back on but still won't turn on.

Think I shall dig out my Roku device, cancel Sky Stream and perhaps subscribe to Nowtv when I need to.  Don't watch much TV these days and will save myself some money

Interestingly as far as I can tell Nowtv appears to be working.

Nothing here in Kirkcaldy Fife. Can't even amuse myself playing on the XBox just now as use the same telly.
