Hi,
Had Sky Glass Gen 2 for few months and it's not working - fails to load the menu, if it loads it will not load the tv guide and if I get this far it failed to show any programme on any channel.
Apps like Netflix and YiuTube are affected as well.
Nothing wrong with my broadband (Sky) or WiFi.
I have tried everything it suggested on here many times and I'm ready to launch it in the skip.
it's just the Sky Glass that isn't working. All other things like sky boxes in other rooms are fine and SkyGo app works perfectly.
Any ideas, I'm all ears.

You need to contact Sky directly, your tv will be under warranty, and have the matter resolved.

You need to contact Sky directly, your tv will be under warranty, and have the matter resolved.
